Return & Refund Policy – Blanqmade

At Blanqmade, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy applies to all orders shipped within the European Union and internationally.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at support@blanqmade.com You will then receive detailed instructions and a return address, which will only be provided after your return request has been approved.

General Return Conditions (All Customers)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unworn, in its original packaging, in the same condition in which you received it, including all tags and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@blanqmade.com. After your request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions. If applicable, we may provide a prepaid return label depending on region and case.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, personalized or custom-made items, personal care items such as cosmetics or hygiene products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids, gift cards, and discounted or sale items. If you are unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase after approval and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 10 business days. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed after your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@blanqmade.com
