Blanqmade ships orders primarily from Germany to customers within the European Union and internationally.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.
During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, and carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
– Germany: 2 to 4 business days
– EU countries: 3 to 7 business days
– International: 7 to 21 business days

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if available for your shipping method.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the tracking link.

Delivery Issues
Blanqmade is not responsible for delays caused by:
– courier companies
– customs processing
– incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
– events outside of our control such as strikes or weather conditions
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@blanqmade.com

We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@blanqmade.com

– the packaging
– the shipping label
This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.
