TERMS & CONDITIONS – BLANQ MADE

  1. SCOPE

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Blanq Made online store and to purchases made through www.blanqmade.com.

“Blanq Made” is the store and brand name of HIGH END TRADING GOODS ECOMMERCE - FZCO.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in the version applicable at the time of your order.

  1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Fraudulent activity, misuse of the website, interference with its operation and attempts to gain unauthorized access are prohibited.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colours, sizes, materials, prices and images accurately.

The appearance of colours may vary slightly depending on the device or screen used. Minor differences that do not affect the essential characteristics of a product may occur.

Product availability may change. Products displayed as available may become unavailable before an order is accepted.

  1. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.

A binding purchase contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, failed payment, suspected fraud or an incorrect delivery address. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.

  1. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable market.

The total price, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be displayed before the customer submits the order.

For deliveries outside the applicable customs or tax territory, import duties, customs charges or local taxes may be charged by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Payments are processed using the payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally dispatched from Germany.

Available delivery destinations, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are displayed in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. The information displayed at checkout for the selected destination applies to the order.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a binding delivery date has expressly been agreed.

For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss or damage remains with us until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR EU CUSTOMERS

Customers residing in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires. The statement may be sent to:

After receiving the withdrawal notice, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Requesting return instructions does not restrict the customer’s statutory right of withdrawal.

The goods must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal was communicated.

  1. RETURN CONDITION AND RETURN COSTS

Customers may inspect products in the same manner as they would in a physical store.

Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Products should be returned securely packaged, preferably with the original packaging, tags and accessories where available. The absence of original packaging does not by itself remove a statutory right of withdrawal.

  1. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalized or otherwise covered by a statutory exception.

Any exception will apply only where permitted by applicable law.

Reduced-price or sale products are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal solely because they were discounted.

  1. REFUNDS

Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, eligible payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable law, including standard outbound delivery costs where legally required.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect the order after delivery and contact us promptly at support@blanqmade.com if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or does not correspond to the order.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods. Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including its text, images, graphics, logos, design and other materials, is owned by or licensed to HIGH END TRADING GOODS ECOMMERCE - FZCO.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment providers, carriers and other service providers may process information required to complete orders and provide their services.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or services over which we have no control. This does not affect any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or a breach of mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to the foregoing and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

However, this choice of law does not deprive consumers residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction of mandatory consumer protections granted by the laws applicable in their country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable mandatory law.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms prospectively when reasonably necessary, for example because of legal, regulatory, technical or operational changes.

The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order. Changes will not retroactively alter an existing purchase contract unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
